Wahine Toa program.

Hi today I am going to tell you what I've been doing this week.
I've been selected to be in the Wahine Toa group with 9 others. The group is made up of girls to build our confidence and to have better self esteem. Just the like the Mauri Ora group.
We do activities every week and we meet every Monday and Wednesday at school.
Some of our activities are
arts and crafts
Tai Chi
and more coming up in the next few weeks.


Art's and Crafts with Via our teacher for Art's and Crafts.

In our first lesson we did weaving with flax, which is called Harakeke.
I made a double heart out of flax and I gave it to my teacher.
And on our second lesson I made a hair piece with a brace-lit that matches it.

Tai Chi with Danny Gordon our teacher for Tai Chi.

In our first lesson for Tai Chi we had a little talk with Danny Gordon about the rules and about him self and what we are suppose to do and what we are not allowed to do.
For Tai Chi we were mixed together with the Mauri Ora group.
On our first lesson we learnt how to do the monkey face wash,and more fun moves and some actives of team work. And if you want to see some photos and one of the videos I will make sure to put it down below.

Kiwi-can Reflection!!

Hi and greeting, today I was finishing off my Kiwi-can reflection that I done on google drawing, and on that google drawing I added, What I enjoyed, What were my challenges, and what I need to work on next time and if you have any questions feel free and comment down below and I will make sure I will reply to your questions and I hope you like what I done on my Kiwi-can reflection, thank you.

Hi today Me and my group went to music at 9:40, you might be asking "why did you go to music", Well we have these groups called Song writing,Drums,Digital,Keyboard and Guitar. and in each group there is group 2 and 1 if there is too many students in one group like Digital and Guitar. And The person that came up with this music idea was our music teacher Celeb, so thank you to Celeb. So for my group "Digital" we had to learn the letters that is on the piano and how to play a song with it and after that, our teacher Celeb will give us a song to play on the piano, so the song was Twinkle Twinkle little star, So yes there was some struggles but we got the hand of it but we had fun....

What I enjoyed. #Music - Digital.

#1: I enjoyed learning how to play Twinkle Twinkle little star on the piano.

#2: I enjoyed learning a different staff in the music room, like a piano.😆

#3: I enjoyed learning with my friends in music.

#2: I learned to play a piano in the first time.

#3:I learned the letters on the piano.

What I should work on next time. #Music - Digital.

#1: Next time I go to music I should work on being on task with every one in my group.# Being on task.

#2: Next time I go to music I should work on by not behind every one when the teachers tells us to do something.

#3:Next time I go to music I should work on by not talking to someone that I often talk to.

Helen- What a good quality blog post has?

Rosemary - We have 5 Tips for you so you know how to have a high quality blog post.

Faith- 1. It should have a small amount of text and pictures of what the topic that you are talking about.

Helen - 2. What you should add in your blog post to make it a high quality is to add pictures that would want to make your viewer to read and comment about what they learnt.

Rosemary -3. What we have to add is how you felt and what you found challenging.

Helen - 4. What I like to put in my blog post is a WALT (We are learning to) I put it in because I can tell others about what I am talking/writing about.

Faith -5.  Also the last one, you need to write what you learnt and explain the ideas you learnt from the task you were given.

Hi today for Thursday me,Helen and Rosemary done a video about what a good quality blog post has and need's, when we were  finish up we had to try to edit our video so we can post it but we are not finished with our editing because we need more editing so people can comment and say what they learnt from this video and what helped them to get a good quality blog post and how .

List three thing I've learned from a good quality blog post .

1: When we are blogging we need to put down what we learnt from this article

and how we finished it.

2: When we finish blogging we have to put a good quality labels.

3: When we are blogging we need a quality tittle and a title that about our topic that we are

learning about.
