A poem about my holiday!!!!

Hi today me and my class had to write a poem about our holiday, well my poem is about my little niece birthday and how it got all funky.

 

!!!Celebrating a birthday!!!

Jumping up and down like a monkey,

It was my niece Avana’s birthday,

And I dressed up really funky.

I hear kid’s screaming for Ice cream,

So I had to give them their yummy ice cream,

When they finished eating their ice cream I can see

Them nearly going to explode like a volcano.

 

Once my mum handed out chips for everyone,

I see all the kids Jumping in and pushing to grab their Chips.

 

but all they left my was a half bitten chip.

So I stood up like a angry looking zombie,

I went outside to feed my Roster Cookie all because

His name is cookie.

 

Reflection about basketball.

 

Hi today I went out to kiwi sport with my class, We were play basketball and I learnt that when we are shooting the ball into the hoop we have to live our arms striate when we are shooting the ball and that basketball is nearly the same as netball but different because basketball can run with the ball and netball has to not run and stand and pass the ball. at basketball was very fun.

  

reading a book called So dramatic.

Hi today I was reading a book called " So Dramatic'! and it was all about drama, comedy and performance. What I learnt in this book was that the word drama is deed or action and that the happy mask is represent an ancient Greek muse, thalia, who was named the muse of comedy and the sad mask represent melpomene, the 'muse of tragedy.

Hi today in class we were looking what dose loud shirt day means and loud shirt day means supporting the deaf kids and other people that are also deaf and loud shirt day also means Mexican fiesta and animal onesies and on some other facts about loud shirt day means is to help deaf people to hear agen and help them to achieve there dreams and raising money for them by never giving up on them and keep going try and try an tell they get where they want to be.
And in my class we are supporting to kids that are wearing hearing aids.

Current Olympic Events using Bloom's Taxonomy

Hi today in my class we worked in pears on our current olympic Events using Bloom's Taxonomy and we had to choose a article from the NZ herald news paper, and my group chose the All black women's sevens rugby. So one of us had to do Remembering,Understanding,Applying,Analysing,Evaluating and creating. And we called our article coming second place.We called it Coming second place because the australian women's seven rugby and the all black womens sevens came second so they got a saliva medal.
